1. I prefer not disturbing user, though the reason was originally for the login to be in header by default (not by clicking first).

2. Recommendations? Flags are bad, as they represent countries not languages. I guess a word "Language" would be good.

any news on a release of reDesign3 im want to use the base of redesign for a site refresh and would rather start with 3 as opposed to 2.

I planned it for 10. January, but have been sick etc and January is full of exams... so let's say February.

However, from feedback I've got, it seems current reDesign 3 is solid, so you could just download it from cvs.

Your theme is very nice, but large pictures move to the bottom of the page if the screen is small. There should be a scroll bar.

The theme is set 820px as minimum width and that's the way floats are handled in css.
You could set minimum width to ~1000px and make sure the content won't get wider than 1024px (assuming that's the minimum resolution that should be supported nowadays) - blockside(s) width.
