Software Engineering is one of the most useful classes in my university (in my opinion).

The lecture slides are freely available here:
courses.cs.ut.ee/2009/...n/Lectures

It's targeting Java, but suits for any language. So, if you're interested in programming, this might be useful for you.

EDIT: Oh, most are in Estonian, anyway, in English are (at this moment):
Modeling, Testing, Agile Methods, Coding Conventions
