I hope that I shall not trouble with all my questions.

But I would like to do Jokes modules on the display url in url rewrite instead of www.mysite.com/Jokes/j...=desc.html the shows www.mysite.com/Jokes/jokename.html and I've tried to rewrite the rule in .htaccess file but I know that missing some more .. Is there anyone who can help me or give examples of how it can be made.

Something like :

RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} /Jokes/
RewriteRule ^Jokes/(.*)$ index.php?name=Jokes&jid=$1 [L,S=7]

jokename not joke id? Is there any way joke can be accessed by name in the url at the moment? (something like ?joketitle=jokename or whatever).

To have such rewrite, there has to be such php alternative already.

I have also tried it and have actually been looking into the module Jokes on name for extraction of jokes names but could not find anything that could detect it when I have to rewrite them in the url. Also with php alternative.

Can you help me with this?
