Quick question on a CSS problem.

In IE8 when a page has both left and right margins the main content is in the centre. For some modules (content or news for example) if I shrink the window scroll bars appear when the centre content reaches a minimum width. However, on other modules, notably Pro News and the forums when you shrink the window the centre content disappears off to the bottom of the screen. This only happens with IE, and not with FF.

Any clues how I could change this? Presumably with a min-width but where?
