I have just made a new install in a new domain and new db with 9.2.1 and I got this msg:
"You are banned from this site due to a unknown user-agent"

What is this ?? Im running win7 and Norman-virus progr. I have no problem login my other Dragon-web. What is wrong Shocked

Very Happy YESSSS. The ua.inc had ver.1.3 so I change it with 1.18.
