Browsing DF database structure I've found an almost empty and unused table, history.

I was thinking that this table could be useful for many of us and for many uses.

Could used to remember the date about core updates or add remove modules and blocks.

This would be of a great use in case a developer miss a conversion to do or anything else that require to be fixed for limited versions of the product .. eg until version 1.0.

Select the timestamp when 0.4b was upgraded to 1.0-release and you know when the conversion need to stop.

Also excellent for paranoid administrators who wish to know what sneaky admins are doing.

A system wide checkpoint, yeah that is it.
