Post subject: Problem blocking IP or range

I have a problem with IP blocked.

When I try to block a new IP:

220.181.94.221
I get the next IP in my list of blocked IPs:
127.255.255.255
Shocked Shocked Shocked

The old IP are OK, but news are failing from a long time.

I can try with other IPs... and all of them reach the same result.ç
Ranges get the same result also.

Any idea??? Embarassed

Since I don't have a 64bits environment to try it on, is it possible for you to create a DF10 test site and try there?

If you are going to do so, please wait at least 6 hours from now and then download a cvs snapshot. Few minutes ago cvs head was unstable and we need to wait those 6 hours for the automatic snapshot.

If you can't please let me know and somehow I'll find a way around.

It's not problem to create a test site (even in a special domain).
how can I do it?

DF10 snapshot: dragonflycms.org/Downloads/c=5/
Install: dragonflycms.org/Wiki/id=47/

However, is DF92 an upgrade or a fresh install?

Sorry Nano. Embarassed

Holidays are sacred and the back very hard.

I solved it, by the moment, blocking IPs with the firewall of the server.

I'll try DF10 this month.

I think that I found the error (some time ago). Problem was in database with a field defined as int, that must be defined as "unsigned".

Probably I lose the "unsigned" in database migration.

How can I get database correct fields??? only installing again a database from zero?

Must an issue with the installer/converter, as far I remember all IPs are saved as VARBINARY and not as INT (signed or unsigned). Unless was (in)voluntarily changed by hand or a due a backup.
