I'm sure this is the wrong place but I don't know where to ask so please move to rule breakers if needed.
Is there a block I can use that will allow me to set up an online submission form with the addition of allowing a picture to be uploaded with it. These submissions then grouped together with there pics and available only for admin to view??
I hope so as I couldn't set up a database for the html equivalent.

I need a form that can be submitted online with the following details and an option to upload a photo.
The forums are in relation to a large car show we run each year and ewe have to choose the entrants based on these details so a format in which only admin could view them somewhere on our forum would be superb.
Name
Phone Number
Email address
Car Make
Car Model
Year of Manufacture
Colour
Brief description of Modifications
Brief history of ownership
It's for this site www.gtini.com/index.php and we would be willing to pay someone for there work??

it can be done even using a block and if i was the one writing this block i would suggest it as a centre down type block available in every page, imagine the above form inside a block ... a block wouldn't be wide enough

Pro_News is rather overkill for this, but you wouldn't need any programming.
Submit article lets user upload a picture (or 2 in fact), you can define up to 10 key data fields which would handle the first 7 fields, and has 2 input text areas (like News) which could handle the last 2.
You could also use Categories to define classes of entry if you wanted.
All user submits go to Admin anyway (for approval normally) so you would have ordered lists in Pro_News Admin which you can review and manipulate. It also has priority display order (like News) which you could use to award your Top 10 places).
It's not a block, but a simple block could trigger a call to Submit Article (which need not appear anywhere else).
Just a thought.

I need to know the phone # format you need to validate..
example is in the U.S. it's 10 digits long..
some other countries, it's different..

It's 11 digits in the UK but would need space for 13 as we have international visitors who have 13 numbers.
