Post subject: 8.2a -> 8.2b language problem
I am upgrading cpgnuke 8.2a to 8.2b. Everything is smooth except the message of admin anounement become messy. Those messages are in Simplified Chinese and become something nobody can understand. All other Simplified Chinese contents in blocks, forums are fine.
