Polnustju it is necessary to transfer with high quality and entering pravok in translation which is. It is necessary to finish blocks and modules and to collect in Russian pak.
Is idea to realize multilanguage installation for more convenient translation.
Complexities at translators will disappear as the text will undertake from a file and speed of translation increases as it is not necessary to edit all *.php files. Here is

Я практически полностью перевёл свой CPG-Nuke сайт на русский, можно сказать на 95-97 процентов. Но я использую кодировку Windows-1251. С UDF у меня проблемы. Сайт работает с прошлой осени , путь миграции yaBB -> phpBB - > PHP-Nuke 6.5 -> 7.0 -> CPG-Nuke 8.1 -> 8.1.2. На всём этапе сохранялась база и юзеров, и сообщений. И все сообщения на форуме были, естественно, в кодировке Windows-1251. Теперь если я ставлю в CPG-Nuke кодировку UDF, то меню я читаю нормально, а вот все сообщения идут вопросительными знаками. Поэтому пришлось остаться на кодировке Windows-1251. Приаттачиваю файл руссификации своего сайта, может пригодится. В конце-концов, можно сконвертировать текст Windows-1251 -> UDF-8.
The same in English:

Тебе базу надо в sql потом в редакторе cp1251 > utf8
на linux это просто а на win смотри редакторы на этом сайте файлы отредактирую вышлю надо сайт на русском сделать хотябы на поршивом inuke.net

I don't mind someone posts in his foreign language, but i prefer you also post in english as well

People be aware, we just converted all language packs to UTF-8.
I hope above files are in UTF-8 else get them from CVS

My English language very bad, and my interlocutor will understand me better on the native language. It can possible resolve only in this forum?

перекодил все в utf8 пора кончати наверно тут постить на русском ато им тоже надо все понять пиши в приват .В твоём ланге не русский ipprotect.
Has translated all in utf8 it is time to not write likely here in Russian or in Russian and English to write here? Not understandably that means bad knowledge of English

There are 3 translations for download in here.
Which is the correct UTF-8 versions ?
Please remove all others and we will check them and put it in our downloads section.
