As I told you before via PM.

Thai Language is a complex script.
Many OS don't supported for UTF-8 by default.
So it's very difficult for normal user to use these encoding.

For CPGNuke Thailand, I used TIS-620 instead (same as PHP-Nuke).

But I can send you all language files with UTF-8 encoding.

That's OK?

I am having apache 1.3.26. The Thai characters are displayed as ? if the content-type is specified. else some odd characters are displayed.Please help me to fix this

What versions of MySQL / PHP / DragonflyCMS do you have uday? Please post a link to your site?
