Post subject: Polish characters problem

Hi everyone!
I have installed cpg-nuke 8.2b and polish language pack. In most modules they work fine, but in Coppermine, Forum - especially FAQ (you can even see Chinese characters in polish language life, but no polish), Submit News, messages.
This is really irritating, because i can't really do anything. I can't even configure the gallery, because the only thing i can se are
Code::
i see this characters ¶ ³ æ ê ± ꠳ 濼 ? 栏 instead of this polish letters ą ę ś ć ń ł ó ż ź
I would appreciate if someone could tell me what i can do. I tried to edit the language files and check if they are utf-8. The are Rolling Eyes When i go to my web browser to see the coding it is UTF-8.
Ps. Sorry for my bad English Razz I hope you could understand me anyway
You can see it on my web page www.psy.mgt.pl/new

I uploaded all the files included in the polish.zip file that you have posted and now i can’t open my webpage. There is just blank white page www.psy.mgt.pl/new i also can’t go into the admin panel, because the same thing happens.

Could this have somthing to do with the fact that in that file there was now admin/language files?

maybe clear your cookies - I can see your site okay, though obviously the polish pack needs more translation.

mind you, I guess I am looking at english.

Since that pack didn't have admin language, it wouldn't have affected your existing admin language - it would just update the other files.

Perhaps Akamu may know why.

Try www.psy.mgt.pl/new/adm...ng=english which should restore admin access and you can change language

Yep it did worked. It set the language to english.
I have tried to change it back to polish and even though i changed the main settings it was still english. So i went to www.psy.mgt.pl/new/adm...ang=polish and there was blank page again until i didn't switched it back to english.

I'm having problems with index.php?newlang=polish as well, have you removed the polish language?

As Poenix said all pages was fine except admin.php so mafffefka u are really close to fix your problem Wink

shortcut:
1. go to admin/language
2. you must have lang-english.php and lang-polish.php
3. if you dont have both make a copy of lang-english.php and rename as lang-polish.php[/list:o]

hopefully this will fix your problem

Code::
?>
hope this will work
