I was cruising around on my monthly visit to snapfiles.com and i found something slick and nice.
It doesn't support UTF-8 but the author says it's on his todo list.
The editor is fast and has allmost all the features you need.
It even has a "ToDo" manager !!!
www.mpsoftware.dk/phpdesigner.php
I will keep an eye on this software to announce when UTF support is added

It almost like writing concept.
One person write french, one person write spanish and one write english. The letters looks the same but guess what they all can't understand each other. That is how I can put it.

Using an editor to edit some Dragonfly files that isn't UTF-8, can mess up your site.
Notepad2 is a cool program thats free and a UTF-8 editor (google it)

Woah, so it's not exactly safe to use that to work on DF files until it's UTF-8? Hmmmmm... good to know.

I need honest opinion here:
Considering upgrading from Dreamweaver MX 2004 to Dreamweaver 8.
Forgetting that it is a commercial product would you say Dreamweaver is one of the better products for PHP editing.
I've looked at PHP Designer 2005 but found it difficult to import the whole CMS as a project, with Dreamweaver I simply create sites and PHP Designer has no manual or help files!

Dreamweaver is the worst since it overwrites everything.
For example if you modify a theme file it writes unwanted tags to the file.
