Are the Web Links module currently undergoing some redesign? I downloaded the latest CVS yesterday and noticed that the links no longer are ordered in groups the way they used to be. It's the same on this site: cpgnuke.com/Web_Links.html

well my weblinks module doesn not works at all, just shows a db error and that the wm has been adviced

Same here. Format has changed.
My problem, though is that I have no admin access to Web Links, even with the latest CVS.

I am working on it...there is a current bug report that is assigned to me.
I changed the layout a bit because the old had much to be desired.
look for a few more changes as I debug this module...
The bug fix will be commited later today...

Hi all,
There are so many posts on where the weblinks and download have gone to. App still in test stage and only in the CVS no download as yet.
Buuuuutt see this post has working downloads of weblinks and download module that work with Dragonfly 9.0.0 RC 1.

Personally, I liked the horizontal layout better, the pages looks soo empty now with all categories on the left side.

In the next version I will mod this to use the template system so the display will be up to the theme. I felt the category display was too crowded when descriptions got very long so in my fixing I gave it a more open "google" look....

A little suggestion (it´s the same in my 8.2b and here in Dragonfly):
I miss the "Details" under the Link. It comes when there is a vote on this Link.
So nobody can "modify" until there is a vote on it.
I hope you understand, and this is the right place.

Thanks for the update, but I am running into a problem.
First, I removed the tables from my database, deleted the files from the original Web_Links module download and started fresh.
Uploaded and installed Web_Links. - This netted me admin access, which I didn't have.
After verifying admin and user access, I inserted the data from the original tables into the new.
As a test, I attempted to delete a catagory and received the following message:

Is this a coding error, or a problem with my setup?
This is a fresh install of RC1 and the latest HTML updates as well as the latest CVS of the /includes/db/*.*
Hope this isn't a bug which should have been reported as such.
