have you made changes to the .htaccess file? do you have some kind of hotlink protection enabled? I dunno what else it could be I am sure someone smarter then I can figure it out though. Perhaps ask your host?

Yes - I tried to my host, because on all my other sites this file is accessible. My host says - system corrrupted.

Deleted the directory dragonfly, made a new directory: dragon - put only themes directory - it worked! Uploaded all the files - DOESN'T WORK AGAIN!!!

The same 403 error Confused
