http://www.cmslance has restructured its site, and is now in the process of trying to grow a community of theme designers and users. Anyone is welcome to join, help out with design, offer there ideas and comments or just plain download these themes. The goal of CMSLance is to offer fast loading themes that do not use image intensive resources, and proper XHTML and CSS.
