I've gone ahead and fixed some big issues with the fiblack3d port by Akamu.

Fixes Include:
Plus and Minus showing up properly for toggle content
Theme wide fixing of text sizes and font colors
Better graphical integration of footer
Header link formats and display of IF Downloads and IF Gallery
Admin message and center up block formatting
Private message template fixed
Forum index, viewtopic, and viewforum template tweaks
Administration formatting

This theme does not include graphics or template for downloads pro. You will have to add that in yourself.
