4.4: Custom User Fields Defined (Hidden, Private, Visable)
Custom user fields are used for a "new user registration" and inside the "user profile".
Public: will be showed to all user on the public user profile page (my account).
Private: will NOT be showed to other users and it will be available under the "Private" section in the user profile.

Hidden: will hide the field while user registration
Required: will be a required field * for user to register
Visible: will be visible on user registration.
Private+Required will not seen by other users however will be seen by the site admin.
Note: if you are logged in as admin you will be able to see the private information in profiles.
