The block frames option in dragonfly admin section. By selecting no, anyone could create an iframe and insert you site as the iframe source. This allows them to show your site through the iframe on there site. This also gives them the ability to add advertisements or anything they wish around the iframe that is displaying your web site. An example would be, doing an image search on google, when you click on one of the search results it displays the image and under the image is the website it comes from inside of an iframe.
If yes is selected, all of the above applies except when someone tries to view you website through an iframe your site will break out of the iframe and load normally with out the iframe.
