How to develop add-ons that could be marked as "Certified Secure"

Soon we will describe a lot of aspects how to write Certified Secure modules.
It will provide info about easy blocks and modules to very sophisticated add-ons that use uploading, imaging, file extractions, remote connections, anti-leeching and so on.

We are very busy getting the Dragonfly 9.x running properly thus checking here once a week is more than enough.
