A. Create a new database, for example "dragonfly" using mysqladmin create dragonfly or your web control panel.
B. Upload all contents of the /html folder to your server.
C. CHMOD the following file to 600 (622 if 600 fails):
cpg_error.log
The above is optional. Making this file writable enables error logging through error.php which may help track down errors if there are problems with your installation.
CHMOD the following folders to 755 (777 if 755 fails):
cache
modules/coppermine/albums
modules/coppermine/albums/userpics
uploads/avatars
uploads/forums
D. Point your web browser to http://www.mydomain.tld/install.php
