Hi,

I have IIS5 running, my site is running fine with latest version of CPG.

The thing is I choosed SMTP and PHP as a e-mail delivery option in the admin config e-Mail panel --> nothing happens.

I always get STMP error, message not being instantiable...

Do I have something to configure in IIS to have the SMTP server working ?

I have put SMTP and localhost as the domain like read in several threads... still no luck. Also tried authetication required with yes and no ... still the same.

Please help

ok, I had to authorize all computer is IIS to access SMTP server.

Now a new member gets the subscription message in his mail box.

BUT, the Contact Us Form still can't be sent. I get a message in french saying that the recipient is in error, with it's member name (my admin name).

Anyone can help ?

For an SMTP mail setup, you usually have to set the mail server settings. Normally (in my experience) this is not localhost, but rather something like mail.yourwebsite.com with the username/password you use to log into your mail account.
