I am having the same problem. I put AdSense on my site a few days ago and I keep getting the same ads. I never edited the meta tags though. Is that something that I should do in order for the AdSense block to work properly?

Furthermore, for any module, you have the option of adding,$METATAGS['keywords'] .= ', keyword1, keyword2, keyword3, keyword4';This is added just above the include('header.php'); line and will add these extra keywords to the ones drawn from settings in meta.php
Note: this or mods to meta.php are the better options for customizing ads according to module content. The other two options will result in static keywords.
Furthermore, if you use the "Biggles Blocks" mod, you can place your adsense code in a center (up) block and display it (or not) above any module you choose.
