Archived ⇒ How to cache pre-render pages

I've search the forums and couldn't find my answer.

Am really interested in the cache folder and tried to study how it works. I really like the idea of pre-rendered HTML pages for faster loading.

I want to do a similar thing on my other website to speed page load.

I tried looking through the CPGNuke PHP code but I still can't figure out how you cache the page & load it later. Please can you point me in the right direction or enlighten me on how your cache functionality works.
