Does anyone have on their site a guide for registration? One of my dragonfly sites is a Home Owners Discussion forum and it is in Florida. I have a lot of older users who can't follow simple instructions about how to register. I'm tried everything.

Thanks

You might want to do it by yourself, but someone may have done it though.

I used to be an help desk for a chat programs and I know what you mean, few of older users doesn't even know to have an email at all or have trouble accessing it, not counting spam filters that do not deliver the registration email at all, delay the deliver or simply move them in the spam box.

First of all I would suggest you to remove the email registration and use admin approval or no approval at all.

Remove any other fields in the registration page by setting them as "hidden".

See how you go.
