Archived ⇒ publish my news: always delayed a few hours..WHY?

Hello!

I hacked the Dragonfly code a lot... Code snippets must be used in PHP tutorials "Best practice of PHP"...

But some time I have no energy left to look at every small problem.

If you know and it does not take much your time please answer my question:

I schedule my news articles for next days or weeks let say 18:00
but they get publshed later... two or three hours later..

I checked my server time: it is current, I run Linux on my own server .. checked "date" .. shows exactly time in Stockholm

But articles never come in time, which I assign: publish 18:00

not published by 18:00
not published by 19:00
published later

I am not sure here because I have not checked with timer in my hand ... but one thing I know exactly if I set publish time 18:00 it will not be published even 18:30...
maybe after 19:00 not sure

Can you point me a reason or place to look at?

There is any way to change the GMT time by the User's Defined Time? Or change it to GMT+1?

Thank you!
