Downloads Tracker Reply to topic

Hi, I have large files on my site (Game Mods of upto 500mb)
I seem to be going through ridiculous amounts of bandwidth which i don't mind but 15gig per week is off the wall

My question is there a way to track the downloads to see which are being leeched or abused?

I understand it shows how many hits, but to show which was downloaded last? or times of DL

Server specs (Server OS / Apache / MySQL / PHP / DragonflyCMS):
Litespeed/Apache2.4.23/MySQL5.5.42/PHP 5.6.25/DF 9.4.0.0

Have you tried the options in admin. downloads/configuration?
http://yoursite.com/admin.php?op=Downloads&file=config&s=3

If you have a stats program like webalyser on your server you will see what IPs are eating bandwidth.

Also worth a look is IP Tracker which will show you the IPs, members and times of visits to your downloads area.

Worth considering is offering alternative downloads mirrors like filefront, I use these for 500mb games patches, free service and reliable.

Server specs (Server OS / Apache / MySQL / PHP / DragonflyCMS):
Linux, Apache 2.0, SQL 5.0.86-log (client: 4.1.22), PHP 5.2.11 DF 9.2.1

All times are UTC
