Well I stuck at it and got it sorted although only 2 out of 6 admin show up in red on the who's online section after I made sure they were all on the same settings. Any thoughts on this??

Probably haven't been online or are set to hidden.
Otherwise, I don't know - if they're listed as admins, they will show.

I was online along with 2 others and all 3 of us remained in blue whilst 2 others showed in red on the "who's been online today" section.

There is nothing wrong with the code.
Perhaps you misunderstand what administrator really means in forums - it relates to forum user levels in the context it is being used.
You set that in forums admin => members => user forum permissions.

Oh yeah, had completely forgotten about that, no wonder no "Administrators" ever display!
I remember years ago we had a multi-level hack for that, which allowed more then just "user" or "Administrator" in that setting.

From a forum point of view, there are only 3 levels of consequence - member, moderator and administrator - hence they are the only ones used.
From a cms point of view, with groups, it's a different matter, and more complex to asses and display.

A "Moderator" User level would be handy, but we achieved that by just creating a Global Moderator Group and adding people there anyhow.

Yes I understand that and all 6 Admins have all the exact same settings applied to their accounts but only 2 of them ever show up in red in the "who in online" section at the very bottom.

Actually, I cannot make anyone an Administrator in that setting, they always stay as User.
Not that I can see it matters much, our Moderators do all the work anyhow.
