[solved] Getting Cookies error Reply to topic

Background for this.
I moved my cms sites from 1 serevr to another a month ago ... one site works the other doesn't. The same process was followed for both sites.

Issue's are :
1. User logs in authenticates correctly as they can get to their account page, BUT click on any reghistered user links and they get 'must be a registered user to go there'
2. admin.php logs in and gets enable cookies error page. correct user/pw for admin have even manually reset the user id's pw via db, tried different PC's to log in from and same problem.
Did upgrade installation to see if any files were damaged in the copy over, that didn't work
Cleared cache folder that didn't work

Any ideas?

Try to use a different name for user and admin cookies.

Excellent thank you. One thing I had forgotten is I had a .net and .com domain the .net forwards to the .com ..... I had forgotten I originally set up this site on the .net domain. So found that in the config table.

Reeally appreciate you guys, you save lives!!!!
