Kinsman, change files compared to what?
And do you actually mean patch files?

Server specs (Server OS / Apache / MySQL / PHP / DragonflyCMS):
Fedora 25 / Apache 2.4.27 / MariaDB 10.1.26 / PHP 7.1.10 / Mercurial

Patch files I guess would be good. last release I just did manual edits, as our site is pretty custom.

I would like that too, but really, you could extract a copy of both versions to your PC, then do a compare to see which files are different.

Should be it, attachment added to first post.
Please note a new feature in header.php and footer.php: create header_hooks.php and/or footer_hooks.php if you need them.

When I use this patch, my site goes into maintenance mode even though it's set to zero in the DB.

Is this something to do with the header/footer changes?
