I have noticed this module clashes with mClip module by Kendel.

When i click on the Movie module i get the following error

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare get_rating() (previously declared in /home/nono4854/public_html/modules/Movie/includes/functions.inc:105) in /home/nono4854/public_html/modules/MapDB/functions/info.inc on line 115

If i deactivate the MapDB module, mclip works fine and vise versa.

Any ideas how to fix this?
Thanks.

Still having no luck.
I made a test site, installed both modules and they are working fine. No problems at all.

But when i try to use it on my main site i get the above error?

It is possible that a 3rd module uses the same function name and/or a block is causing the issue.

ok seems a block is causing the issue.
block-MapDB_Stats.php

Thanks for the help.

some more testing...

I have never noticed, as i have never used both blocks from both modules together before.

Both Downloads and MapDB modules work perfect together.
The blocks clash with each other

block-Downloads-Stats block breaks MapDB module and mClip module
block-MapDB-Stats-breaks DownloadsPro and mClip modules
block-Top-10-Maps breaks DownloadsPro module
block-Top-10-Downloads works fine
block-New-Maps works fine
block-New-Downloads works fine
block-Featured-Maps works fine
block-Featured-Downloads works fine

Yes, this is why v10 is moving to OOP and namespaces.

Topic revisited

I have the 2 modules working fine DownloadsPro and MapDB
There is one bug im hoping someone might be able to help with.

If i change the DLP details in the manage.html (in theme folder) it changes and works but also makes changes to the MapDB page.
If i change the MapDB details in the manage.html (in the theme folder) it doesn't do anything, still reflects from the DLP

Thanks

find
set_filenames(array('body' => 'downloads/
replace
set_filenames(array('body' => 'mapdb/

Well that was easy lol
That 1 entry has fixed more than 1 issue.
Block don't clash as much now 😀

thanks Again
