Bottom block on right takes the content of the one above Reply to topic

Since I updated from CVS a few days ago, I have an issue where the bottom block on the right hand side is taking on the content of the one above.

Where there changes to the default template that may have caused this to happen?
I tried changing it to the left and it didn't move.

Server specs (Server OS / Apache / MySQL / PHP / DragonflyCMS):

I don't see issues in Firefox nog Chromium

Fedora 25 / Apache 2.4.27 / MariaDB 10.1.26 / PHP 7.1.10 / Mercurial

How about on my website?

I've merged changes from the default template into mine now, but no change.
I also tried moving the block to the left and it didn't change. Pretty sure I cleared the cache after I tried to move it.

Deleted the block and re-added it with the same issue.

Edit: Ok, if I move it above the Marquee blocks, then it displays fine.
That is weird.

I might just move it's position for now.
