Archived ⇒ CVS Repository

Hi,

I got the snapshot from here http://dragonflycms.org/Downloads/c=5.html but when I install it looks a lot like DF how do I get it to look like the one here. http://dragonflycms.org/cvs/

Server specs (Server OS / Apache / MySQL / PHP / DragonflyCMS):
Linux / Apache2.2.8 / MySQL5.0.45 / PHP5.2.6 / CVS

The snapshot is the latest Dragonfly from CVS.

To checkout files from CVS you need to use something like TortoiseCVS and follow instructions from the CVS forum.

No I mean I am getting the CVS snapshot but when I upload it using something like WS_FTP it looks exactly like Dragonfly and not like the one on this site under "CVS Repository" the one there looks like a file browser.

Try again,
The snapshot is the latest Dragonfly from CVS.

The files under CVS Repository is the cvs repository - it is not downloadable unless you use something to checkout cvs files, in which case you need to learn what a CVS is and how you access it - google for "cederqvist" to learn more.

I think the confusion is Dave wants the CVS module DF uses to host CVS file.

not up to this point ... AFAIK there are no plans to make it so either ... though just because I know nothing, doesn't make it so.

Confirmed, it's not available, and it's not a simple module, though DJ has done a good job of making it seamlessly appear that way. What you see on this site has exactly the same code base as what is used at sourceforge, just a lot prettier and somewhat more functional.

Like I said for info on CVS, track down cederqvist - also cvshome.org and install your own - also cvsnt.org for Win sites and PCs.

Moved from "This Site".

Ok, Thanks that was a big help

It's not based on sourceforge since sourceforge uses perl to show a repository.
Ours is written php and i was thinking to change it into python some day but decided to skip that.
