I had a fresh installation of CPG and everything is working fine. However, when trying to use Coppermine and upload pics, it gives me this debug information:

I'm running IIS on a dedicated server with a hosting company. If anyone has any suggestions, please describe what I need to tell my server company to make it work.

Thanks.

disable coppermine debugging and enable the cms debugging at admin and see what the footer sez when upload fails.

Thanks. I have included the error messages below.

Do you suggest using Imagemagick or netpbm? I have included the error messages for both.

I get this error message:

Unable to create thumbnail or reduced size image.

File: E:\Inetpub\virtual\fxnuke.com\modules\coppermine\db_input.php - Line: 450

The footer says this:

includes\imaging\netpbm.inc
Warning line 66: exec(): Unable to fork [jpegtopnm "modules\coppermine\albums\userpics\php12.tmp"|pnmscale -xsize=700 -ysize=1052|pnmtojpeg -quality=80 > "modules\coppermine\albums\userpics\10000\0.jpg"]
Warning line 70: implode(): Bad arguments.

Warning line 72: unlink(modules/coppermine/albums/userpics/10000/0.jpg): No such file or directory

When attempting to use Imagemagick:

Warning line 44: exec(): Unable to fork [convert "modules\coppermine\albums\userpics\php14.tmp" -quality 80 -antialias -geometry 640x480 "modules\coppermine\albums\userpics\10000\1035.jpg" 2>&1]

The easiest way is when gd2 is compiled with php...
Your error messages show that none of the above are installed... Ask your administrator to install one of the three.

ImageMagick or netpbm hmm i would suggest IM...

Sent the message. Since I'm running a dedicated server with multiple websites, should I tell my server company to put it in a specific directory (within my website) or it doesn't really matter?

Thanks for the help.
