Archived ⇒ heavy utf-8 after upgrade problem

Guys please help!

I upgraded from phpnuke to dragonfly and now I see gibrish on my site. (other characters that are not hebrew).

my site language is hebrew and I upgraded my sql DB using dragonfly install script which worked very nice.

I searched the site and forum before posting this and I know about the guide in FAQ but I could not understand a thing from it.

I know by looking in phpmyadmin in my DB that the "Collation" culms are set to "latin1_swedish_ci" and I understand that in order to view proper hebrew on my site I need to set it to "utf-8" somehow but I have no idea how..

Please help

Thank you!
