hello i need a event calender for my WoW guild site that people can use to view and sign up for events. if someone can point me in the right direction to one it would be great.

Server specs (Server OS / Apache / MySQL / PHP / DragonflyCMS):
Fedora Core 4, Apache 2.0.x, MySQL: 4.1.x, PHP: 5.0.x

Server specs (Server OS / Apache / MySQL / PHP / DragonflyCMS):
Multiple Setups

This isn't a calender per se, but it allows you to sign up for raids and manage the raid list. Compatible with WoW, EQ2, and EQ1.

I have a login module for Dragonfly built-in as well.

Raid Ninja v2

Server specs (Server OS / Apache / MySQL / PHP / DragonflyCMS):
Linux 2.4.32 / Apache 1.3.37 / MySQL 5.0.16 / PHP 5.2.2 / Dragonfly CVS

Its not free but it has the ability for user to sign up for events.

As far as shareware is concerned its a grear calendar that compliments DF.
I use it on one of my sites, for RSVP of events.

nvm i found the download for it. is that a full page site or is it a module for Dragon fly? and still i need a dkp module can anyone point me in the right direction for that?

Raid ninja is a separate page, although it has a login/cookie tie-in to Dragonfly so users dont have to have separate logins.

On the EQDKP site, there is probably more WoW users than EQ/EQ2 users now - just need to look around their forums for info.

Mods, perhaps move this thread to the Gaming forum?

No it can stay here.

Raid Ninja looks good, though no documentation for installation and when I tried to install it on Step 1 I received a cannot create config.php, check permissions, the permissions were fine.

Does Raid Ninja work with 9.1.1?

You probably need to chmod 777 that dir until config.php is created (your host sounds like its not allowing files to be created from that program currently). Then you can chmod back to more strict settings after the file is created.

Yes, RN2 works with 9.1.1.

Hi,

Thanks for replying, in what directory does config.php get created normally?

Thanks

Hi,

Thanks for your help, managed to get it working,

I do have a question though, how do you create characters and events? Cannot see anywhere to do it. Sorry if these seem like silly questions.

I responded to your PM - might want to bring this to the RN2 forums over at www.lemonrage.com/raid...forums/RN2 so we can get a few others to help ya out as well. Smile

Melinda
A quick question Smile

Are you using this on 9.1.1?
Are DF users integrated so they can have their own calendar with this?

Were looking for a solution that can handle a site with over 1 million page views a month.
