I've just recently upgraded and when i go into the blocks menu i can't move the blocks as i used to be able to...as in once you place them in a section (Left, Right, Center Up, Center Down) they go to the bottom of that section and stay there...why the change? and how do i make it so that i can move the blocks around?

Server specs (Server OS / Apache / MySQL / PHP / DragonflyCMS):
Debian GNU/Linux / Apache 2.0.54 / mysql Ver 14.7 Distrib 4.1.11, for pc-linux-gnu (i386) / PHP 4.3.10-16 / Dragonfly v9.1.2.1

It is drag and drop. move your mouse to the left side, of the blocks administration, you will see the cursor change. Drag them into position. Then hit update.

It is also a good idea to make sure your theme is 9.1.2.1 compliant. Older themes will create issues.

Searching the forums will also help.
