Archived ⇒ How do I Import of New Users from a spreadsheet file?

I am configuring a Dragonfly for a national organization that has 1,300+ members and they want every member to have a login. The also expect to add 52 members each year. At the present their memebrship list is just an excel spreadsheet with names and some address information in it.

Questions:
1. Will I be able to import this spreadsheet as a table into Dragonfly?
2. What is the name of the table or tables?
3. What is the structure of that table(s) (fields)?
4. What data is required in the fields, and what can be left blank (null)
5. What is the best way to import that table into the system?

I am guessing I may have to generate an MD5 hash for each password - and I think I can do that, but a way to automate that process as well would be great!

Thanks in advance!

5.B (preferred) create a php script that will read the excel or the exported csv file to get all infos, md5 the password and perform sql queries for you.
