Archived ⇒ [solved] Registered users submit news how?

How can a regular user submit a news story? I have it set so that they have permission to do so, but I see no "submit news" link or such... Server specs (Server OS / Apache / MySQL / PHP / DragonflyCMS): Linux/1.3.37 (Unix)/4.1.22-standard-log/4.4.7/9.2.1
