Archived ⇒ Users can't log in (collation issue)


I just up graded two 9.1.2.1
and now user can't log in.
If they try the just get error:

Database Error
A database error has occurred

The webmaster has been notified of the error.

Server specs (Server OS / Apache / MySQL / PHP / DragonflyCMS):
MySQL 4.1.15-log / PHP 4.3.10 / DF 9.0.1.1


go to admin, main settings, and turn on debugging.

Please review the error and post it back here to clarify.

Did you get an email/error log entry of the event? If so what did it say?

i did not get any fancy error message ,
but on the debug I got these:

What rlgura said. Either remove or fix the collations should do the trick. Additionally the WARNING indicates that DF does not have permission to save the cache detail. This is not critical, unless you want caching to work properly in which case you'll need to change permissions in the /cache directory to fix it.
