As I can see you are having "multiple" issues, could it be the theme you using?

im seriously getting tired of the problems with Dragonfly tbh, its a piece of {expletive removed} pretty much, you fix one thing, 5 more problems show up. you add something to the site and another 5 show up...
lol idk its getting me frustrated

gbstoner you may want to post detailed/descriptive info about your problems.
Dragonfly is pretty stable and functional. Is been running on my site (which is amainly a forum) so good, stable and fast.

The best way to Add moderators to your forums is to add those users to a private/closed group, and then set the priviligies for that group as moderators.

The coppermine gallery issues, we can't help you if you don't tell us about if there is a error message shown by the site.
Most time could be a configuration value (Admin section) or the permissions for the upload folder.

we tried making the groups for the mods.. did not work.. you click save and it reverts to not moderated

coppermine will not let anyone create a album

ive been using dragonfly for years and its never had all the issues its having now.

thanks for the help.. the only real problem were having now is that i can not make anyone a moderator in the forum .. i add mods and click save and it says its saved.. but then when i go back the changes are gone and the member is not a moderator...

any suggestions on that ??

mmm, keep in mind, that making a user moderator (group permissions) doesnt assign him the "RANK" of moderator.
Maybe you are confusing user Ranks and User's permissions.

i go into forums then user forum permissions and look up name and then make click moderator for each forum... then click save and it says saved... then when i got back, they are all listed as not moderator....

i have used this forum for around 7 or 8 years on old version.. the guy that used to run my site is one of the guys there that has developed many themes ect....

it has always worked before.. BUT not since the upgrade....

What if you go in forums index page, do you see the nickname in the 'Moderators:" list for each forums?
