File is not available for download Reply to topic

A file which as been there for some time now says "File is not available for download"

The link shows OK
I've tried renaming file and link but the same.
I've tried downloading via FTP to make sure it 's still there which it is.

Any ideas?

I have just updated DF to 9.4
