Forum Search Last40 Reply to topic

There's a built in Forum Search "Last 40" (in v9) which is limited to Admins only. Is that because it is too heavy a toll on the db or is there some other reason for limiting it's use?

There are also no date range selections in Forums Search, again is that because of the potential server hit, or just that they never got written?
