v10 almost ready for release! Reply to topic

I think v10 is finally almost ready for release!
Please can people beta test the release?

Some feature highlights of Nano and me:
  • Social Share (share pages on facebook, google+, linkedin, twitter and many more)
  • New login system supports SSO (currently: Facebook, Google+, OpenID and XRI)
  • Changed to easy fast template engine named TAL
  • Improved private messages system
  • Using a brand new fast PHP library (browse source)
  • Many speed improvements
  • Embedded new lightweight extensible WYSIWYG
  • Improved security system
  • New bbcode system
  • Friendly links are also supported under IIS 7+ with URL Rewrite module installed.
  • Custom loaders.
  • and many more!

Either use the Phar based installer (quickest approach)
Or download the beta here

Server specs (Server OS / Apache / MySQL / PHP / DragonflyCMS):
Fedora 25 / Apache 2.4.27 / MariaDB 10.1.26 / PHP 7.1.10 / Mercurial

Will the new SSO allow existing users to merge that login information?

Please enter your server specs in your user profile! 😢

I think v10 is finally almost ready for release!

Looking forward to it!

A quick question about the phar installer...
Can it be used to update, say from a beta release such as this to a final release? Thanks.

The post preview does not show the first line of this post in a quote/unquote even though the bbcode tags are present.

Server specs (Server OS / Apache / MySQL / PHP / DragonflyCMS):
Devuan jessie / Apache 2.4x / MariaDB 10.x / PHP 5.6x / DF 9.4

Yes, see your Registration Information page

Yes, the phar installer will always install the newest version.
Maybe we could extend it to select versions and/or even select additional modules to install.

Fixed the bbcode bug

Phar installer works great!

I can't get out of Maintenance mode however. I uncheck the box and save the choice but the check reappears in the box.

Ideas?

Yes, i noticed it is a bug regarding checkboxes.
Rerun the phar installer and everything should solve itself Smile

Good news.
I pull my site from CVS. Will that work for testing, or we need to use the download version?

One other small bug I have noticed is that when you send a PM, the message comes up saying that it was sent, but it's an ERROR page rather than an info page.

downloaded the beta, upload files but no install.php

I extracted the files to folder /df10/
go to www.domain.com/df10/install.php and i get page not found?

Access to the URL that you requested, /df10/install.php, is forbidden.

all folders CH755
all files CH644
