v10 template system works but there is still some hardcoded HTML laying around.
I will make a todo list of those things.

Fatal error: Class 'Dragonfly_Config' not found in /home/salidaar/public_html/d10beta/includes/poodle/kernels/dragonfly.php on line 149

Apache Version 2.2.31
PHP Version 5.5.30

I have to fix my local server before I can test on a clean install.

lost1 you don't have all files of that revision.
Dragonfly_Config is renamed to Dragonfly\Config for better caching and namespace

Thanks to all the feedback a lot is done the last few weeks!
  • Many bugfixes
  • Rewrite of the database XML functions to use SAX instead of DOM:
    • much faster
    • low memory footprint
    • no file size limit
  • Faster template parsing by supporting opcode caching
  • Log failed admin login attempts
  • And much more

403 Forbidden, that means you have to look in the apache error logs

My web host changed the .htaccess to htaccess (no dot)
and deleted line 103 and 107

RewriteRule ^index.html$ index.php [E=PATH_INFO:/,L,QSA]
RewriteRule ^index.html$ index.php [L,QSA]

But it works now Smile

A major change had to be made regarding encryption.
In PHP 7.1 the mcrypt extension is deprecated so it is changed to OpenSSL.
This means the current login cookies fail autologin as mcrypt uses the old PKCS#5 padding.

Good news is that i changed it before v10 release Smile

After some more fixes, improvements, template to TAL and a major speed improvement in the Smilies parser, the countdown should begin 🙌

A Bug or design?
When posting (on this site) i have 2 drop down boxes 1 for text color and the other for front size.
Both are blank until you click the drop down, on the old system you had names Default and Normal.

Can that be changed please or where do i change it

I think v10 is finally almost ready for release!
Please can people beta test the release?

Some feature highlights of Nano and me:
  • Social Share (share pages on facebook, google+, linkedin, twitter and many more)
  • New login system supports SSO (currently: Facebook, Google+, OpenID and XRI)
  • Changed to easy fast template engine named TAL
  • Improved private messages system
  • Using a brand new fast PHP library (browse source)
  • Many speed improvements
  • Embedded new lightweight extensible WYSIWYG
  • Improved security system
  • New bbcode system
  • Friendly links are also supported under IIS 7+ with URL Rewrite module installed.
  • Custom loaders.
  • and many more!

Either use the Phar based installer (quickest approach)
Or download the beta here

The new version will be full Responsive and will support PHP 7.x?

Thanks
