This is the V10 forum, so you've posted in the wrong place.
But there should be a FAQ module already that you could use for Q&A.

There is no forum labelled for 9.x, but all the other forums relate to version 9.
This forum was created specifically for discussion on all areas of v10 which is still being developed.

Private Message Me
I create new complex modules for vr 9

vr 10 doesn't have anyone creating modules for
Public distro as that vr is bonkers with bugs and little coding support

Stay with vr 9 and it has been updated

I can send you updates to 9.4 that will update the code base to work with The newest vr of PHP as well as new databases

You don't need v10 The updates for 9'4 that i can send work on any vr that 10 & 9.4 does and some more as well

Dragonfly 9.4 Running on PHP 7.x + MariaDB

I have moved 3 out of 4 of your posts to the relevant Forum.

Please take the time to read, at least, the forums description.

There is already a guide available "Module Creation Tutorial" done by users.
