You need to download and install the full package first.

Either use the phar installer
or download the full package

Yes sure, Why not.
Here is the link where you can find the v9 template
drive.google.com/open?...5CEtiupjNX

as the file is too heavy for this forum so I upload it on G.Drive

v9 theme blocks issue fixed in v10.0.38.9338

And you must edit your themes/dragonfly_modded/bbcode.inc
$bb_codes['quote'] = '<div class="bbquote"> <div class="bbhead">'.$bbcode_common['quote'][0].'</div> <div class="bbcontent">'; $bb_codes['quote_name'] = '<div class="bbquote"> <div class="bbhead">\\1 '.$bbcode_common['Wrote'].':</div> <div class="bbcontent">'; $bb_codes['quote_close'] = '</div></div>'; $bb_codes['code_start'] = '<div> <div class="bbchead">'.$bbcode_common['code'][0].'</div> <div class="bbccontent"><code>'; $bb_codes['code_end'] = '</code></div></div>';

This is a bug inside that block, you must fix the block php code
