Coppermine Templates v1.2 Available

Since the CPG-Pro project has hit a snag I've gone ahead and updated the existing TCD templates. I give full respect to TehBooster and CPG-Pro but something must be made available in the mean time. I've finished up the templates and fixed some pending issues. 1. The registration button was completely throwing off the main menu. I've taken it out. If you disagree with doing that I'm sorry. 2. The white template had css backgrounds on all the graphics so corners weren't displaying as rounded. 3. Finally got rid of the 3px border in category view. Just something I kept forgetting to do.
