In Admin : General : Database, I am attempt to backup a large single table using 'save data' and 'use compression' options.

Expected result:
Expected the table to be backed up.

Actual result:
Redirected to a page titled "ERROR", and the error that is specified is as follows:

We're sorry, but that page modules/internal_error/index.php does not exist

The relevant MySQL query reads:

* LINE 90: SELECT title, custom_title, active, view, blocks, version FROM cpg_modules WHERE title='internal_error'

Also-- when "compression" option is not chosen, I receive the expected result.

Expected result:

For the system to return an actual error message, instead of the path to the error message it couldn't find.

Thank you for this bug report. To properly diagnose the problem, we
need a backtrace to see what is happening behind the scenes. To
find out how to generate a backtrace, please read
Generating a backtrace.

Once you have generated a backtrace, please submit it to this bug
report and change the status back to "Open". Thank you for helping
us make CPG-Nuke CVS for 9.0 better.
Authorization Required
This server could not verify that you are authorized to access the document requested. Either you supplied the wrong credentials (e.g., bad password), or your browser doesn't understand how to supply the credentials required.

Additionally, a 401 Authorization Required error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
