The gmtime function in the cmsinit makes GMT reduced by the timezone difference.

I counted back the timestamps in the DB, after i found some errors in the Forum-posts' time.

Reproduce code:
Line 520-525 in cmsinit's CVS version 9.96:

# Time Formatting
function gmtime() {
static $time;
if (!$time) { $time = (time() - date('Z')); }
return $time;

Expected result:
A good timestamp :)

Actual result:
The server is in timezone +0100, and the timestamps show GMT-0100.

PHP version IS rellevant here since the date/time functions in PHP have bugs.
Version of PHP: 4.3.5

Upgrade PHP to 4.4.1
